Religious values and ethics are core components of many religious faiths

Religious values and ethics are core components of many religious faiths. It is essential to have a basic working understanding of the values of various religions if a human service provider works with clients who practice a different faith and depression (Broderick & Blewitt, 2020). However, after reading the article, my understanding of faith development is that the author used faith in the same manner as culture’s influence on a person. The author writes about how we should understand faith beyond religion, and he characterizes faith as the process that forms the beliefs, values, and meaning (Fowler & Dell, 2005). The author used direction, trust, stances, and the challenges of life to a person’s ways of faith that connect them to the world but not through religion, which is the same connection that is like a culture that influences a person their life. The author also writes about the stages of faith through symbols, religion, culture, the emotional state, and the mental development as maturation from a child to an adult. It states that practice and discipline must be balanced to achieve significant or more profound faith (Fowler & Dell, 2005). In my opinion, I believe that can perform the goals of life for individuals based on their spiritual faith because faith is practice and discipline for a balanced life. However, faith is the ability that can ultimately propel someone into a dream or a goal that they have. Faith becomes a symbol of encouragement in the context of this article to push the person into their plans. However, the Bible makes us understand that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews, 11:1). Therefore, faith attained by a person is immediate, and they have believed through their practice and how they excelled in their discipline.

is the belief that we have a strong conviction, firm belief in something for which there is no tangible proof, complete trust, confidence, reliance, or devotion. Faith is the opposite of doubt. However, faith is a universal element of the human condition in that everyone believes in someone or something. Religious faith is directly a spiritual thing with God.

Faith is the confidence or trust you can in a person’s things or concepts, such as believing in God or the doctrines or teachings. Religious people can often think of faith as confidence based on a perceived degree of warrant. In contrast, others who are more skeptical of religion tend to think of faith as simply belief without evidence (Williams, 2013). In describing my paragraph, religious faith development is that when I was a child or growing up, I received the meaning of life from the church and my family, which prepared me in negativing the pathway of life. Growing up in a Christian home, my mother was a prayer warrior on the prayer team, influencing my walk with Christ. Through the little teaching here and there, I learned about God and the good values that were rooted in me, which I needed for a disciplined life. The next phase of my faith development started when I was able to read the Bible with understanding and when I got married to my husband, who is a pastor. Reading the Bible and other religious books has given me a new sight of life and religion. My husband has been there to gain me more understanding and help me grow spiritually. My family and friends have been the most influential in teaching me the basics, which have made me discover the importance of giving my life to Christ. I am baptized and grounded in maintaining my relationship with Christ, and I hope to take my faith development to the level. We have a ministry of our own which I hope to continually be able to serve the Lord in the best way possible and help bring lost souls back to God.
