The effects of crime have touched me at a personal level thus the intuition that the criminal justice system serves to eradicate morality from the society. However, the justice system is often associated with an error rate that has resulted in wrongful convictions of people in the past. For years, it has been assumed that the system has been providing ‘justice’ to the people in the society. The advent of DNA testing in the 1960’s illustrated the existence of flaws within the criminal justice system. On the other hand, the system has in the past brought justice to many victims of criminal activity. Despite the Flaws associated with it, its services are crucial in the modern society that is every changing whereby the teens are now street gangs. The advent of DNA testing portrayed the existence of major shortcomings within the system, on the other perspective this advent provided the courts with an opportunity to review cases convicted in the past that were suspicious. Thus it can be identified that the system structure has adopted change and always ready for consideration whereby the guilty are charged…………………..
