Kurt lawn’s change model is comprised of three stages that include Unfreeze, change, and Freeze. To understand the changing nature of the world we live in, the unfreezing stage creates an important aspect of being ready for a change (Russell & Russell, 2006). The stage enhances on the necessity of understanding what the change entails thus one should be conversant and willing to get out of their current comfort zone.
