            In my practice setting, I work as a nurse in the progressive care unit. In this area, evidence based practices are our key measures in ensuring patient health improvement. We use these practices to monitor improvement, and to ensure effective, safe, quality and efficient care (Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2011). Essentially, the practices entail adopting, educating and realigning the curricular.
