Deliver – Select and complete two Harvard Implicit Bias tests and post the results. Write a reflection that identifies areas to improve and identifies what surprised you. Select an advocacy topic that is local to your area or a nation-wide concern and develop an infographic describing the issue and resources. Select a classroom guidance lesson and using the lesson plan template, make sure to identify the grade level, objectives, and specific instructions.

Your portfolio should contain the following components:

A peer-reviewed article that demonstrates the effectiveness of school counseling programs

Reflection for your selected peer-reviewed article

Your personal philosophy of school counseling statement (which includes your vision statement)

Reflection indicating your school counselor competency assessment results

Your classroom guidance lesson

The results of your implicit bias tests

Reflection for implicit bias tests
