To assess Project Quality for ILS it is important to first note the key criteria for quality.  An initial example of the three core criteria are listed below.

1. Emissions and Waste are reduced by 40%

2. Employee Retention increases by 30%

3. Logistics Services become 50% more efficient with less lost time/ product

These three criteria will form the foundation of a Project Quality .  For this project, every three months during the initial year the Project Managers and Team Leaders will meet to review the quality of the criteria stated above.  Each quality point will be reviewed for progress and completion and if there will need to be a more in depth review of progress.  At the end of the fourth quarter, the end of the first year, a cumulative review will be done to ensure accuracy for all teams and all deliverables of the project.

ILS and Walmart have a unique opportunity in Thailand, a nation with difficult import laws and high tariffs, the two companies are encouraged to sell domestic goods, especially, food and clothing.  The two companies can team up to find smaller companies to form partnerships to sell their products through Walmart.  For those companies struggling with large scale deliver and sales, ILS and Walmart could be the answer that many of the smaller companies need to reach their potential.
